本日AがBに申請にいったところPDFではなくオリジナルのletterが必要であるとのことで、受け取ってもらえず突っ返されました。至急オリジナルのletterが必要です。内容も不備があるそうですが、その旨については何とか彼がスタッフを説得しておさまったようですが、いずれにせよPDFではなくオリジナルletterが至急必要です。
いったん私が受け取っていると時間がかかるので、下記に直接送付いただけないでしょうか？
また、ホテルの予約確定についても彼に知らせたく、至急手配してください。

Today the application from A to B was noted that the original letter was required instead of the PDF file of it, therefore the application was not accepted. It is an urgent case and the letter is needed. Also, the content is not completed. The applicant tried to persuade the staff but the application would not be accepted until u subbit the original letter.
The time would take longer if you send me the letter directly so please directly send to the address noted below.
