本日AがBに申請にいったところPDFではなくオリジナルのletterが必要であるとのことで、受け取ってもらえず突っ返されました。至急オリジナルのletterが必要です。内容も不備があるそうですが、その旨については何とか彼がスタッフを説得しておさまったようですが、いずれにせよPDFではなくオリジナルletterが至急必要です。
いったん私が受け取っていると時間がかかるので、下記に直接送付いただけないでしょうか？
また、ホテルの予約確定についても彼に知らせたく、至急手配してください。

Today, A went to submit B with PDF, I was returned because it needs with the original letter. I need the original letter immediately.
There are some missing parts but he convinced the staff about it and there is no problem now.
Anyways, I truly need the original letter immediately. Not PDF.
It will take more time if I receive it once, so would you send it to the address below directly,please?
Also, I would like to notify him about the confirmation of a hotel, so get it immediately please
