メーカーに商品代金の返金の依頼をする事が難しいのであれば、お客さんに保険での処理をお願い致します。
但し、前回と今回で、２度 商品の欠品が発生しているので次回は商品を発注するのが難しいと思います。
また、お客さんの方では、商品を仕入れる運送費と税金が、すでに余計な経費として掛かっています。
