「マヨテラス」の設計思想を明らかに
6月末に開業し、多くの子供たちの人気を集めるキューピーの見学施設（オープンキッチン）マヨテラスで、８月25日、プレスツアーが実施された。施設見学とともに基本設計から施工まで2年半にわたるプロジェクトについて、設計・デザイン・施工を手掛けた乃村工藝社の担当デザイナーらが語った。
マヨテラスは1951年に建造されたキューピーの仙川工場を見学用施設に建て替えたもの。マヨネーズにまつわるさまざまな情報やトピックを体感しながら楽しく学べる施設。
