There [are/is a] dead [body/bodies] (burried) underneath [the/a] cherry blossom [trees/tree].
特定の桜の木を指しているのか、桜の木全般を指しているのか、
死体は複数あるのか否かで違ってきますね。
桜の木全般を指していて、死体も複数存在すると思われるのであれば、
There are dead bodies (burried) under cherry blossom trees.
になります。
"burried"（埋っている）はオプショナルです。
無いと直訳で「桜の木の下には死体がある」になりますが、
意味合い的には"underneath"がその下に埋まっている情景を描くので無くてもOKだと思います。
特定の桜の木を指しているのか、桜の木全般を指しているのか、
死体は複数あるのか否かで違ってきますね。
桜の木全般を指していて、死体も複数存在すると思われるのであれば、

になります。

"There is a dead body buried underneath the cherry blossom tree" (Phrase introduced by the Japanese Writer Kajii Motojiro (1901-1932). It express how a sad image, such as a dead body, can turn into a positive outcome by giving nutrients to a sakura or cherry blossom tree.)
