I'm afraid to inform you that the pink ribbon you've ordered is no longer in stock and is no longer being produced. We do have black ribbons available in stock; would you like for us to send you that item instead? As a token of our apology, we will refund you $X upon completion of that delivery. We did everything we can to ensure your receipt of the said product in pink, but the manufacturer reported that they do not have any in stock either. We hope that you are understanding of the situation. If in fact you prefer to put an end to this order, if you could take the time to follow the Amazon cancellation link and complete the cancellation process we would really appreciate it.
