(四)通信整合平台:透過通信整合平台交換，可讓不同類型／頻率的專用VHF、UHF、HF、業餘無線電、專用衛星電話、國際海事衛星行動電話及GSM等公眾網路電話互相交換通連。

Situation and information research room:
(2) Video conference: able to conduct video conference with central administrative organizations and town’s disaster response center.
(3) Data Network:
1. Through the use of network switch to form a local area network onsite (internal network).
Through satellite communications network and WAN (external network) connections, to realize dedicated disaster relief data network inter-connectivity.
(4) Communications Integration Platform: The exchanges on the communications integration platform will allow different types / frequencies of public network phone lines i.e. dedicated VHF, UHF, HF, amateur radio, dedicated satellite phones, international maritime satellite mobile phone and GSM mobile phones etc. to connect and exchange information with each other.
