いったいどのくらいの時間をかけているのだろうと思って調べたのですが、個人差はあれどだいたい一時間が平均のようです。それにしてもこの緻密さには驚きますね。しかも結局は食べるのですから、執着なくあっさりとしたものです。日本人の器用さを垣間見られるまとめでした。
