本日領事館において２回目の申請を行いましたが、申請が再度却下されました。その理由は、前回と全く同じで、「本書面には領事がA氏の目の前で確認した旨の記載があるが、これは事実と異なる」というものです。領事館で指摘されたのは添付書面でピンクに色づけした部分です。
