There is a $7.00 service fee to return a package to the sender when you have a Prepaid Return Label.

Please provide the link to the Prepaid Label in the Special Instruction field below.

This process can take 2-3 business days to complete.

If you do not have a Prepaid Label, you do not need to place a Return to Sender service request.

Please contact the merchant for their return address.

You can then create a shipment request to that address from your Inbox or you may need to email the sender information to your account manager so they can assist you with the return.

Making this request urgent (additional $5) will ensure your request is processed within 1-2 business days.
