もし問題がなければ写しを製造所で保管して下さい（問題がなくても連絡だけはして下さい）。原本は当社で保管します。
また、今後担当責任者の変更等があった場合はその旨を連絡して下さい。こちらからも連絡します。
また、製品を出荷する際は第4条に必ず従ってください。
