それ故日本にこの商品を発送することができません。

The item was delivered to the forwarding company.
However, after investigation, it was found that the item is subject to export control from US Department of Commerce.
Therefore the item cannot be shipped to Japan.

However, examination proved that this product cannot be shipped to Japan under export regulations of US Dep. of Commerce.
