製品箱の中に、違うサイズが混入していたのは、写真のシート1枚だけですか？それとも、全て違うサイズの製品が混入していたのですか？
製品箱のロット番号は1234ですが、混入している製品のロット番号は2468です。これは、この2つの製品が製造された間に約6ヶ月間の期間が存在していることを意味しています。そのため、弊社の内部でも詳しく調査したいと思いますので、御社の御協力をお願い致します。
