Has it been really shipped? Could you please check it for me?
I have placed an order on September 18th and it's been over 20 days since then.
I have requested several times that I would like you to ship this Rug as soon as possible.
I've requested few times to deliver the item correctly since I have experienced few troubles with you recently.
How come it takes that long to receive the item?
I would like you to deliver this package even if it's just an one Rug by tomorrow.
Please confirm and have it deliver by tomorrow.
