Depends on my own experience, after the product has been shipped, it usually takes 10 to 20 days until I receive it.
If it becomes over 21 days, the product will not be delivered any more.
It's already been 17 days because your store has shipped the product on July 4th.

I have normally considered that the item will not be delivered if I have to wait the delivery for more than 21 days.
You have shipped the item on July 4, and it has been 17 days after then.
Since I am very much attracted to your item, once I receive it I will place the order again.
As I have the trust on you and I wait for delivery until August 4.
