6月21日に注文したWF01に初期不良がありました。
動作に不具合があり、コントロールが効かないそうです。
私の顧客は交換を希望しています。
交換商品にも初期不良があると大きな問題になるので再度、動作確認をした後に発送して下さい。
7月8日までに弊社に届くように交換商品を発送して欲しいです。
顧客から返品されるWF01は、2,3日中に弊社に届きます。
到着後、私の方でも念のため動作の再確認をします。
初期不良であることが間違いない場合、御社に返送した方がよいですか?
