・Log in to your seller Account.
・Click Performance Notifications on the Performances tab.
・Find the notice you received about removal of your selling privileges.
・Click the “Appeal decision” button and enter your Plan of Action details in the form provided.
・Click "Submit Appeal" to send your completed appeal to Seller Performance.

私は禁止コンテンツを販売者のヘルプで再度確認した後に
6/12/2013時点で禁止コンテンツに該当すると思われる商品をすべて削除致しました。
今後は出品する際は禁止コンテンツに抵触しないように十分に注意して出品し再発防止に
務めます。
また、、仮に権利者から注意があった場合は24時間以内に対応致します。
その対応の準備は完了し、私にはその対応は可能です。

Request for restoration of my privilege

After checking the prohibited contents once again with a help of the seller of that contents, I deleted all the items which are supposed to be the prohibited contents at the time of 6/12/2013.
I will pay careful attention to items to be listed so that I shall not list any prohibited contents.
And if I receive any notice from a lawful owner of a content, I will take necessary action to comply with the owner's request.
I am now fully prepared to take such action, and can take such action.
Please kindly restore my privilege.
