安曇野は3000メートル級の山々に囲まれてる、
そして綺麗な景色、おいしい空気と水と食事で人気
私は大自然を満喫している

青空と雪山と菜の花のコントラストが綺麗！
水が冷たい
この湧き水は飲むと長生きできるという幻の水
沢山飲んだよ
信州サーモン丼、おにぎり定食なをどランチで食べた
手作りランチに大満足。
日本に来たら安曇野にもぜひ行ってみて
ついに、川エビの赤ちゃんが生まれた
2ミリ位の大きさなのにちゃんとエビの形
