あくまで未使用新品ということで購入しておりますし、実用前提商品でのご出品ですし
お客様の手に到着して2日、10発程度の使用で破損するとなると、
とてもお客様の使用した責任による破損とは一般常識的に言えないと思います。
当方の希望としては、
ほぼ同一スペック(ロフト、ライ、フェイスアングル)の良品新品と交換。
それがかなわないならば返金をお願いします。

I bought them as unused, brand new items, and you listed them as items designed for use; if they broke down after 2 days, only about 10 shots, common sense would tell us that the clients are responsible for this issue.
I hope to exchange the defective items for new, good ones with similar specifications (Loft, lie, face angle). If that is not possible, please issue a refund.

I purchased it only because it was a brand-new unused item and was posted based on the presupposition of an actual use. If you use a basic level of common sense, you can’t ask the customer to be responsible for the breakage after using it for only 10 shots on the next day of receipt.
I would like it to be replaced with almost the same spec. (Loft, Lie, Face angle)
