"Let me check what is going on.I'll get back to you later." とのメールを頂き2日が過ぎましたが連絡を頂けておりません。
今一体どの様な状況なのかご連絡下さい。
以前"Your next order I will make sure to rush it."とのメールを頂きましたが今回も私が支払いを済ませてから既に3週間以上が過ぎております。
何故発送ができないのか教えて下さい。
また発送ができないのでしたら返金をして下さい。

You also said "Your next order I will make sure to rush it." at my last purchase from you. But once again, you have kept me waiting for more than 3 weeks since I placed the payment.
