こんにちわ返品の規約について教えてください弊社は衣料品を販売しています以前お客様からの返品依頼があり、快く受けたのですが、戻ってきた商品は下げ札(クオリティタグ)が切られ、畳まれずにクチャクチャの状態で箱に詰められた為、アイロンをかけても伸びない皺が付いた状態で戻ってきましたもはや古着としても販売できないレベルですさらに下げ札は返品の中に見当たりませんでしたこの場合、満額返品しなければいけませんか?また、下げ札がないと返品を受けれないと事前に言っても良いのでしょうか?
Hello.Please kindly explain your return policy.We sell clothing. A while ago we received a request for a return goods from a customer so we gladly accepted it but once it arrived, we have noticed the hang tag was cut away and since it was packed unfolded, it was wrinkled so bad that it seemed impossible to press it out. The condition of the clothing was so bad that we wouldn't even sell it as a used clothing and the hang tag was nowhere to be found. Under such a circumstance, do we still need to give a full refund? Or are we allowed to inform customers no return goods is accepted without a hang tag in advance?
1この商品を注文した我々の顧客に、注文を変更してと頼んでいます。もしすぐに注文変更の連絡が来た場合は、3月4日に注文した商品と一緒に送って欲しい。お客さんから連絡が来たらすぐにメールします。2本日、送ってくれた商品を受け取りました。問題がひとつあります。インボイスに記載してあった下記の商品が、入っていませんでした。入れ忘れてはいないでしょうか。次回の配送の時に送ってくれますか?3以下は我々がお店で売っている商品です。この中でもう販売をやめてしまった商品があるなら教えて下さい。
1We have requested the customer who placed an order for this merchandise to amend the purchase order. In case we received the amended purchase order, we would like to have the item sent to us together with the merchandise that we placed the order on 4th of March so we will send you an e-mail as soon as the customer gets back to us.2We received the merchandise you sent to us today but there is a problem. There is a missing item as indicated below though it is listed on the invoice. Is it possible that you forgot to include this item? And could you make it up in the next shipment?3The below is the merchandise we are selling at our shop. Please let us know if any of them has been discontinued.
