教えても出来ないのはあなたが[ちゃんと教えていない]からなんです。

教える事とは、自分が持っている知識・経験・技能を他人に伝え、教えられた人が自分と同じ仕事が出来るようにすること

「何のためにやるのか」「全体の中のどの位置づけにあるのか」などを他人に教えることで、本人が仕事の意味や作業の目的を考えるようになり、より効果的な仕事ができるようになる。
