I am a curious problem-solver-oriented mind who has been living in Hungary for the past 2 years, with previous experiences in Italy, France, and Serbia.

My current passions include hiking, biking, and anything outdoors, especially after surviving the second covid lockdown. I am fond of learning languages and I have been dedicating myself to that since I can remember. I have learned English by myself, but French and Spanish at School. In Italy, I was forced to learn Italian to communicate with the locals, and I do not regret it at all. Needless to mention I speak Portuguese, since I am Brazilian, and I have no problems communicating with people who speak other variants of the language (Portuguese, Mozambicans, Angolans)

Currently, I am working at the Hungarian Branch of Tata Consultancy Services, supporting Elanco/Bayer at Customer Master Data (CMD) on SAP for the French and the Polish markets. I hold calls in French with the French customers, and in English, with the Polish customers. I have also had the opportunity to manage the CMD team (Spain, Turkey, France, Germany, and the Netherlands) for 30 days, during my Team Leader holidays.
Before this experience, I worked for Weatherford, also at Tata, providing support for the German and the Italian markets in Billings (JDE).

My Bachelors in Chemical Engineering has provided me with the analytical skills I need to perform any task well, and my Masters in International Relations broaden my world view to the point it helped me understand how everything is connected. At the moment, I am diving deeper into the world of Data Science, using the Python Programming skills I have learned at the university and how to use them to optimize my daily tasks. I am passionate about designing processes and making them smarter and more efficient.

I am also learning German. Currently, I am at the A2 level.
