こんにちは「配送が遅い」のでナチュラルという評価をいただき、非常に残念に思います。下記日本郵便のサイトを見ていただくとわかりますがお支払いいただいた日(日本時間で5/23)の翌日(日本時間で5/24)に郵便局から発送しております。その後は通関手続きの関係で時間がかかっていることがわかります。評価の前にお問い合わせいただければご案内できたのですが。商品が到着したら、評価の変更をお願いすることは難しいでしょうか?
