こんにちは。
申し訳ありませんが、paypalの身元確認のシステム障害で、身元確認でエラーとなってしまい利用限度額が解除できず、現在入金ができない状況です。
現在paypalに問い合わせしてる所ですので、解決次第すぐにお支払いします。
もし、支払いをお待ちいただけなければ、落札をキャンセルして下さって結構です。
