I heard your company is now handling XX' package tours. These tours are from Tokyo to Tokyo, one day tours. My tours are starting from Lake Kawaguchi and destination is also Lake Kawaguchi, required time is around 3 hours. So customers come to and leave the site by themselves. *New tour details can be also offered.

Zは元々1階喫茶店2・3階住居だった建物を多世帯 計7人 の家族が気兼ねする事なく暮らせる様にリノベーションをした。
家族5人分の自転車と親世帯の物干し＆バルコニーを確保する為に建物を一部減築し、更に道路側からの目隠しとしてアクリルのパネルを設置した。
子供室や寝室は敢えて小さく計画しているが、各部屋から自由に使えるプレイルームを設ける事で家族の繋がりや感覚的な広がりが感じられる様にした。
更に広場のベンチのイメージとして、家中のどこにでも腰掛けれる様に室内の床高さに変化をつけた。

Z renovated the building whose first floor was once a coffee shop and second and third floors were dwelling spaces, to a cozy home for 7 people consisting of multiple generations.
The building was partly diminished to reserve a space for putting bikes of his 5 family members and to make a balcony that also works as a place for hanging out his parents’ laundry. Additionally, an acrylic panel was installed on the road side for privacy.
Kids room and bed rooms were small in plan, but, a play room was installed to connect to all rooms so that family members could easily meet each other in the play room, to feel family bond and sense of spaciousness.
Further, the image of benches in a park was brought in. The height of floor was not unified so that residents could sit on the floor like a bench anywhere in the house.
