Hello.The products we received in the last shipment had some products with cut damage. I believe it happened when you checked your products before shipping. Some of them were whole box got cut as well. Those products we can't sell as brand new products at the stores. We would like to continue good business with you, so please make a Kaizen plan for this matter.Thank you
