Could you tell me why it has been taking such long time to correct the wrong cost on their invoice which was made by the company themselves. This products can be bought for the same price next year. I was wondering if the reason why we could not get prompt reply would be because they are not willing to sell their items. The items are designed for autumn/winter season, hence they would remain if we cannot release on time, and this causes losing chance to get another order from our customers. We are currently cannot make any decision about other products due to delayed reply.Could you please arrange the shipment of this products with the others which are already arranged. I am afraid, but we cannot accept the delivery date you proposed as it will be too late, this can causes cancellation of orders.
