I am a native English speaker from the US and have worked in localization in Japan for four years now, mostly focused in the game industry. I have translated, edited, and coordinated the localization for several mobile spinoffs of world-famous IPs with an emphasis on preserving consistency with previous works as well as balancing the intent of the source text with writing a script that would appeal to the target audience.

I also have experience translating press releases, presentations, emails, company brochures, and social media posts.
