弊社の海外発送は日本郵便を利用しておりまして、EMS（速達便）とSパケ(通常便）が利用可能です。各国に入るとその国々の郵便局が業務を引き継ぎます。
商品が約1.8kgだったので、EMSで出荷すると5000円、Sパケだと3065円の送料で出荷可能です。
EMSが7～10日程、small pacetが14-20程日数がかかっておりますが、どちらで出荷希望でしたでしょうか？

Our company uses Japan Post for shipping to overseas locations. We are able to ship your parcel by EMS (Express mail) or S packet (Normal mail). Once the parcel reaches the destination country, it will be taken over by the local post office.
As the item weighs approximately 1.8kg, we can ship using EMS or S packet. The shipping fees for EMS is 5000yen, and for S packet, it will be 3065yen.
Delivery by EMS will take 7 to 10 days, and small packet will take 14 to 20 days. Which shipment method would you prefer?

以前にも依頼した案件になりますが再度検討してください。

ｘｘ国から日本への直行便はないはずです。

そうなると航空貨物はドゥバイやチャンギなどのハブ空港を経由して
日本に届けられるはずです。

ドゥバイやチャンギなどのハブ空港からなら、航空貨物を関空（KIX）に
届けることは可能です。

This is something which I have previously requested before, but I would like to ask for your review again.

There should not be any direct flights from x x to Japan, and since that is the case, all air cargo should reach Japan via airports such as the Dubai Airport or Singapore Changi Airport.

If so, it would be possible for the air cargo to reach the Kansai International Airport (KIX) since the Dubai Airport and Changi Airport are hub airports.

Please work with Avia air on this.
