僕が商品を購入して、販売をするのではないので、契約書にサインができません。御社の商品を購入したいお客さんの
連絡先を教えますので、直接　取引の話をして下さい。契約書の内容を見て問題がなければ、サインをします。しかし、在庫の内容と価格が合わない場合は、購入できない場合もあります。商品は、いつ出荷予定ですか。もしくは出荷されないですか。代金支払った商品は、いつ入荷ですか。現在　保留になっている案件を解決しないと、受注を考えられないと言っております。

I cannot sign the contract because I don't buy items and sell them.
Please make a contact directly to the customers as I will teach you the contact where the your items that customers want to buy. I will sign the contract if there is no worries that I will see it. However, when the details of stock and the price aren't met I might be able to buy them. When will the item be shipping ? Or, aren't these not shipped yet?
When will the items delivered as I already paid ? They say they cannot accept order unless they are solve the issue that on hold at the moment.
