わかりにくくて申し訳ありませんが、外部のCMSツールの導入を進めているわけではないです。社内ツールからページを作成できる仕組みを作るだけです。

I am afraid that it is a bit hard to explain, but we are not conducting to adopt an external CMS tool.
We just want to establish the system to create the page in office internally.
