ラベルを剥がす作業は、彼の専門外だと理解していますが、現状　一週間に一件のペースで作業が終了しています。その結果、商品代金を支払ってから1か月ぐらい経過するお客さんもいます。いつになったら商品が引き渡しができるかと言う問い合わせを何度も対応しております。ラベルに記載されている会社にお客さんが連絡する事はありません。弊社の方で処理をすると、経費と時間もかかるので、今後　お客さんの方で対応してもらった方がいいと思います。納期を優先するのであれば、発注を抑えた方がいいですか

I know removing labels is not his expertise. However, it takes a week to finish one task. As a result, some customers have to wait for approximately 1 month to get the products after the purchase. We are often inquired when they can get their products. They don’t make a contact to the company which is written in the label. If we deal with it, it wastes expenses and time, therefore, I’d say it is better for customers to deal with it by themselves. Is it better to minimise the order to deliver by the due date?
