このメールアドレスで、10月19日にアカウント開設に必要な書類を提出しました。

２営業日以内に返信するというメッセージがあったのですが、２営業日たっても返信がありませんでした。

そして問い合わせのメールをお送りしたところ、６日間たった10月25日にようやく返信がありました。
それが、上に添付した内容です。

私は米国のセラーセントラルを複数使用したいとは思っておりません。

１個だけでいいのです。

Amazon.comで商品も販売しません。

「MWSキー」を取得したいだけです。

With this e-mail address, I had submitted all necessary documents for opening an account on October 19th.
I received a message saying that you would reply within two working days but after two days, I didn't receive any reply.
Then, after my subsequent inquiry, I received a reply at last on October 25th, after waiting for six days.

I have no intention of having several seller central accounts in the U.S.
All I require is just one account.
I will not sell anything on Amazon.com.
All I am asking is to obtain MWS key.
