大口出品の料金はしっかりチャージされました

私は本物の正しい必要書類を送っています


アカウントの開設に慣れていない初心者から、大口出品の料金だけをチャージして、アカウントを使えないようにして、返信もしない。


これは悪質です


もし問題があるのであれば、「Sell Professionally」の料金をチャージするまえにアカウントを一時保留すべきではないでしょうか？


もしこの現状を放置するのであれば、日本の東京地方裁判所に提訴いたします

I cannot get an "MWS key".


I was charged for large-scale listings.


I cannot get a single reply from your company regarding this issue.


I sent all the required documentation as real documents (e.g. not copies).


Beginners who are not familiar with opening an account are simply charged for a large listing, blocked from their account, and are helpless as your company does not reply to any messages.

It is the worst case scenario!


If a problem such as this should arise, surely it would be more acceptable to suspend the account before proceeding to charge the customer the "Sell Professionally" fee?


Make no doubt that I will file a complaint in the Tokyo District Court in Japan if this situation is left unattended.
