以前、Kateさんに協力してもらって、Amazon Japanへ申請した御社のブランド登録が原因だと思います。
Amazonのブランド登録は以前のルールと異なり、もしかしたら、弊社がブランド所有者になってしまっているのかもしれません。
このままでは、弊社はAmazon Japanで御社の製品を販売できなくなってしまいます。
早急なご対応を宜しくお願い致します。
