トラッキングナンバーにて追跡すると、到着したことになっています。
しかし日本の関税局に確認したところ、1個しか届いていないと言われました。

My tracing the items by their tracking number showed that they arrived already. But when I check at the Japanese custom bureau, they said that only one arrived.
