昨日の荒れた天気で洞窟の一部に崩れやすくなってしまった箇所があり、数日の間、洞窟の潜入が禁止となってしまいました。催行日が明日になりましたが、安全のためツアーを中止致します。
ご予約を頂き、御参加を楽しみにされていたところ大変ご迷惑をお掛けいたします旨、深くお詫び申 し上げますと共に、何卒ご理解、ご了承のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Due to the recent rough weather yesterday, a part of cave has been damaged partially, for a couple of days the entering of caves became to be prohibited. Tomorrow will be the day of departure however for this circumstance we are unable to conduct the tour for the safety reason.
We are terribly sorry for your inconvenience caused in spite of having a booking for your tour. Please accept our apology on this situation.
