商品が一部届いていません。
私は荷物番号○○についてお聞きしたいことがあります。私はこの荷物を受け取りました。しかし一部の商品が不足していました。「▲▲」が箱に入ってませんでした。商品が到着しますとfreight forwarding companyからメールが届きます。そのメールの画像を添付しますのでご確認いただけますでしょうか。届いていない商品を送っていただくことは可能ですか？もし在庫がない場合は返金を希望します。お返事お待ちしています。

Some of items are not arrived yet.
I would like to hear about the tracking number at ○○. I received this item but a part of them were not included. The box of 「▲▲」wasn't in the parcel . Once the item was delivered there is email from the freight forwarding company. Please check it as I will attach the photo in my email. Could you send items that I didn't receive yet? If the stock isn't ready, I ask the refunding. I will be waiting for your reply soon.
