　icare の購入する日本のユーザーは60才台以上の高齢の方が
ほとんどだと思います

icareの多くの機能を意味が英語で理解しづらい為に積極的に使わない
機能を活用しないといった事が考えられます
おそらく購入検討の段階でも英語表記が不利になります。

スマートフォンのオペレーション画面を
至急　日本語にローカライズすることは不可能でしょうか

これができればキャンプファイヤー以上の達成が可能だと思います
またギフトショウでのバイヤーの関心もより高まると考えます

Therefore, the function written in English will be the disadvantage during the pre-purchase consideration.
