昨年6月の宿泊では大変お世話になりました田中です。少し先ですが、来年の3月に親子でフランス旅行を予定しています。
水曜日な1泊したあと、木曜と金曜は地方都市を観光したいので、あなたのホテルにに宿泊せずに、スーツケースを預かってもらいたいです。土曜日に地方から戻り、翌週の日曜日の朝の出発まで8日間宿泊したいと考えています。水曜日1泊　土曜日から8泊という予約は可能でしょうか?お忙しいと思いますが、ご返信御待ちしております。スーツケース保管料が必要であればおしらせください。

This is Tanaka that you kindly supported me well at the time of lodging last June.
I am going to visit France with my children next March, it is a little bit ahead though.
After one-night stay on Wednesday, we will go sightseeing on local cities on Thursday and Friday. So, I would like you to keep our suitcases at your hotel although we will not stay then. I think we will go back from the local area on Saturday, and stay at your hotel for eight nights to Sunday of the next eek. Would it be possible to make a reservation one night for Wednesday and eight nights from Saturday?
I am sorry for bothering you while you are so busy, but waiting for your reply.
If the custody charge of suitcases would be necessary, please kindly let me know.
