稟議に時間が掛かる場合は、送付した見積書に同意した旨と押印をして下さい。
それを内示として、社内処理を進めます。
また、今回急ぎとのことなので、図面の改定も後追いで進めます。
貴社からの図面承認前に材料手配を進めます。後からのクレームは受け付けられません。

今週中にいただけない場合、日本の連休を挟むので更に納期が遅れる可能性があります。
とにかく、POを発行して下さい。PO又は内示が無いと製作を進められません。

If consideration takes time, please seal an agreement of the estimated sent.
With this as a pre-agreement, we will proceed it.
Also, as it is urgent this time, we will do the plan correction later.
Before your permission of the pan from you, we will go on for materials. There should not be accepted any claims after that.

If it were not sent during this week, there will be possible to see further delay as there is a long Japanese holiday comes between.
Any way, please issue PO. We cannot go on with out PO or pre-agreement.
