考えた結果，プライベートが大きな原因だという結論に達しました
2018年はプライベートが非常に不安定であらゆる事に対し集中力や持続力が欠けていたと思います。これの主な原因は私の恋愛が大きく関わっているのですが，これについて多くは語りません。2018年も前年同様それなりに頑張ったと思いましたが，振り返って分析してみると思ったよりも成果を残せていないことに自分でも驚いています。これによって自信を大きく失ってしまっています。

After reflection, I concluded that my personal life was a big factor.
In 2018, my personal life was highly unstable and I lacked perseverance and concentration toward everything. A large part of this was my romantic life, but I will not go into detail. I believe I did try hard in 2018, as I did in past years, but in retrospect I had not accomplished as much as I thought. This came as a surprise to me, and I have lost some confidence going forward.
