PayPalでの支払いができないのですが、あなたの方で何かPayPalの設定をしてないでしょうか？(アメリカ以外のPayPalアカウントで支払いは受けない等)
他のセラーで購入したものは支払いできるので、特にこちらは問題ないと思います。
