受け取ったヘッドホンを開封したところ、耳当て部分やアーム部分の塗料が剥がれタール状の黒い物がべっとりと箱の内部などにこびり付いて、取り出した際に手も真っ黒に汚れる様な状態でした。

When I opened the headphones I received, the paint on the ear pads and arm parts were peeled off, and the tar-like black thing got stuck inside of the box and when I took it out my hands became totally black.
