All returns must be accompanied by an RTN #. An RTN # is obtained by calling our Customer Service department at [phone].
· All returns will receive credit at our maximum discount of 50%.
· Titles Out-of-Print are not eligible for return. Customers will be given 90 days notice before a title is considered out of print and not eligible for
return. Credit will not be issued for Out-of-Print items. All Out-of-Print items returned will be destroyed.
