We received additional information from the audit team at HMRC and the issue is not quite what we first thought. It seems your company was wrongly listed as “missing” in the HMRC system because some post was sent back to them a while ago. When this happens the system stops generating returns. So although there is one due it was not generated. The understanding is that a return will be generated later by the system for 6 months instead of 3 so we will be able to submit two quarters together.



Since the issue came from their system you will not be charged penalties. They made a note that we attempted the submission.

HMRCの監査チームから追加の情報を受け取り、問題は当初考えていたものとかなり違います。幾つかのポストが先ほど彼らに送り返されたので、貴社はHMRCシステムに「行方不明」と間違ってリストしたようです。これが起こるとシステムは返却を生成してストップします。それなので一個でもあると、生成されません。返却は、システムによって３か月に代わって６か月後に生成されると理解しています。それで当方は２四半期を一緒に提出できます。
