先日絵が届きました。
とても可愛らしく満足しています。
しかし、絵は郵便配達員に折り曲げられてしまいました。
彼が封筒を家のポストに無理やり押し込んだので折り曲がってしまいました。
私は郵便局に抗議しましたが、普通郵便なので補償ができないと言われました。
せっかく頑丈に梱包して頂いたのに配達員のせいで台無しになり、とても悲しいです。
娘のために購入したので、彼女の部屋に完璧な状態で飾りたいのです。
補償付きの発送ですと送料はいくらになりますか？送料が高くてももう一度購入したいと思います。

I received the picture the other day.
It is very lovely, and I am very happy with it.
However, the picture was folded by the postman.
The postman pushed the item into the postbox, so it was folded.
I made a claim to the post office, however they replied that it could not be compensated due to it being ordinary mail.
I am very sad that though you have securely packed it, the postman has ruined it.
I purchased this for my daughter, so I would like to put it up in her room in perfect condition.
How much is the shipping fee if shipped with warranty? I would like to purchase again even if the shipping cost is high.
