以下の方法を試してみてください。
○わが社で使用しているDavinchiのインストーラをお送りします。
　SetUpからインストールしてみてください。WindowsMediaPlayerはインストールされて
　いますか？　WindowsMediaPlayerのインストーラーをお送りします。

■ボードの挿入場所
○HDMIボードのスロットは、上から2つ目に挿してください
○ボードの熱対策のために、Bios上でUpper PCIe Slot ZoneのFan Speedを80にあげてください

○ The installer for Davinchi will be sent to you.
Please try to install from SetUp. Is WindowsMediaPlayer installed in your machine? I will send an installer of WindowsMediaPlayer too.

■The position to insert the board in.
○ Please insert the HDMI board into the second position.
○ To avoid that the board gets over heated, please raise the fan speed of Upper PCIe Slot Zone to 80 on Bios.
