今日、弁護士と会って話をしてきました。
結論から言うと、不当競争防止法で相手を訴えることは可能とのことです。
しかし、それにはお金がかかります。（およそ50万～100万円）

どうしようか迷いましたが、やってみる価値はあると思いました。
弁護士が言うには、「日本での独占販売の契約書がないとそもそも訴えることができない」とのことでしたので、すみませんが、私が日本で独占販売権を持っていることを簡単な契約書でいただけませんでしょうか？
もしそちらに雛形がなければ、添付したものを使ってください。
